    MyFitnessPal is an app that allows you to track your food and calories. It’s an excellent app that is free with upgrade options. The free version should allow you to do what you need to do if you would like a tool to help track what you eat and stay on-track with your daily calories.

    The Nutrition plan has your macros broken down to easily correlate what each food is in terms of weight relation to the amount of Macros. The left column is the food. The top bar is the number of macro per amount of food in equivalent grams.
