This "Ball Fit" class will features exercises to improve core muscles, posture, coordination, cardiovascular fitness as well as strength and flexibility. Exercising with the ball will help you to improve your balance and your strength!

This is the original Zumba® dance based fitness class primarily to Latin rhythms but also includes international flare! Features easy to follow Latin dance steps to create a dynamic fitness program. It is a high repetition, low weight (muscle endurance) workout that will burn lots of calories and help you build long lean muscles. Get ripped in a 30 or 60 minute session!
MUMMY & ME!
Get ready for a great all over body workout! This class incorporates cardio, strength training for arms and legs and focused abdominal work. Baby is in a front carrier for the cardio and strength training portion of class. Your baby can be incorporated into the abdominal and floor exercises. Crawlers welcome, but babies must be supervised.
Indoor Rowing - Quads, hamstrings, back, abdominals, arms, shoulders and calves are all used in the rowing stroke. Depending on how you train, you can increase your aerobic fitness or focus on building muscle strength.
