We feature the state of the art MATRIX IC7 INDOOR CYCLE and its Coach by Color® power program. This world-class technology with participant-centric readouts makes for a better result orientated experience that will keep you coming back. The IC7’s Coach By Color® training console uses one of the world’s most simple, universal and powerful forms of communication to maximize instruction, inspiration and reward during your workouts. The console’s display lights up in one of five colored zones that matches your WattRate® (power) reading or heart rate output so you know immediately whether you need to ramp up or dial back you effort. Plus, the integrated front LED display on each console tells the instructor whether you're working too hard or not hard enough! Are you ready to ride?
Whether you are new to indoor cycling or to regular exercise this class is for you! We will help you set-up your bike and keep great form during this 45 minute ride on our state of the art Matrix bicycles. You will learn how to pace yourself so you can be successful in any of our cycling classes.

RIDE & PUMP!
Get more out of your workout in one class - This class combines 30 minutes of cycling with 30 minutes of strength training for an amazing total body workout! All fitness levels are welcome to enjoy this class.
We put together all the relevant DISCO tunes before weeding out the not-so-good ones to give a fun intense workout!
This is the ultimate combination - 45 minutes of intense climbing and sprint cycle intervals followed by 30 minutes of great core exercises and releasing stretches to complete the workout!
CLUB TRACKS RIDE!
Remember clubbing days, and dancing up a storm?! Let us bring you great club tracks to of spice up your ride! "Updated" versions of new and old remixes. Work as hard as you want and in control, no real breaks, it's three loops of slow climbs, sprints & steady state flat road that can be used as recovery as an option, especially for beginners.
